Course Policy

- All players shall sign in at the clubhouse prior to the first tee.
- Only members or daily greens fee players are permitted on the golf course.
- If you want to ride along, you are not permitted to pay. You are not allowed to participate and must stay in the cart for safety reasons. If you would like to participate you must pay for the round.
- All children under the age of four (4) years old must have a one time waiver signed by a parent to be allowed on the course.
- All players shall have an assigned tee time and must show up to the course a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their tee time.
- All players shall be on the first tee and be ready to play at their assigned tee time.
- Players are expected to complete 9 holes of golf in no more than two (2) hours. Turn times shall be set two (2) hours after the original time is scheduled. All players making the turn shall check in at the clubhouse before making the turn.
- Fivesomes are permitted only at the discretion of the clubhouse staff. Under no circumstances shall a group have more than five players.
- Public players may make tee times no more than seven (7) days in advance.
- Members may make tees times no more than fourteen (14) days in advance.
- No ball shall be advanced until players ahead of your group are out of range.
- Slow players must allow faster players to play through when there is at least one hole open ahead.
- Proper care of the golf course facility is expected – replace divots, repair ball marks, rake traps, and place all litter in proper receptacles.
- Players shall wear only golf shoes with soft spikes or athletic shoes. No boots, hard soled shoes or sandals are permitted.
- Appropriate attire is required. Shirts must be worn at all times. Sleeveless shirts are not permitted for male players.
- A valid driver’s license is required for the rental of all powered golf carts.
- You must be 16 years or older to operate any carts (private or rental).
- Carts may be rented when available. Carts may not be reserved.
- A maximum of two (2) people per cart is permitted.
- Golf carts must follow the directions laid out on the course.
- Drivers of the golf cart are liable to any damage or bodily harm caused by the golf cart. Private golf cart owners shall follow all golf rules and only allow immediate family members to operate their cart in the owner’s absence.
- The Napoleon Golf Club is not responsible for equipment left either on the course or in the clubhouse. Alcohol must be purchased from the clubhouse. Carry-on alcohol is not permitted.
- Rain checks will be given by the clubhouse by per holes played. If you have not started Hole 5 and weather stops your round, you will be eligible for a raincheck. Once you start Hole 5, you will no longer be able to claim a raincheck.
- Players must pair up when instructed to do so by the clubhouse.
- Violations of these rules and regulations should be reported to the clubhouse.
- If a patron is in violation of these rules and regulations, they will be given two (2) verbal warnings. If violated a third (3rd) time the patrons will be removed from the course.
- All rules and regulations are subject to revision by the Parks and Recreation Director and Board.
